Church Benches Restoration Commission

These benches were stored in the basement of a Sand Springs parishioner for 50 years. They came from the original church, and were the only items that survived a fire that destroyed the church. When the parishioner passed away, the benches were discovered and Full Circle Woodworking was asked to restore them. We completely disassembled each bench, stripped and repaired each board, reassembled each bench, and painted them flat black. The church added plaques to the benches, and they now reside in the hallway of the current church (Sand Springs, in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky).
